The first step should be to ensure that you are selecting the correct Source/Venue and Transaction File Type before attempting to load your file.
Additionally, please double check that the files you are using are compatible with Lukka Software. A comprehensive list of our supported sources/venues and the files that are required from each of them can be found in our File Upload FAQs.
Additional things you can check for include:
- Is the file less than 1mb?
- Is the file in csv format?
If your source/venue isn't supported at this time, you can either put your transaction history file into Lukka Format or reach out to our support team to see if they can help add support for your desired exchange or wallet.
