To upload files from your exchange accounts, go to the Accounts Summary page and click the Load Data button.

To upload transactions in a support exchange file format:

a. Select the exchange under File Format.

b. Select the file type under Transaction File Type. If the desired file type is unavailable in this dropdown, Lukka does not yet support this file type. Please reach out to a representative to request file mapping.

c. Drag the exchange file into the dotted box or browse for it on your local drive by clicking the Select File button.

d. Transactions will begin to process immediately, and if successful, will display completion.

To upload transaction in Lukka Format for any unsupported exchange file formats:

a. Select “Lukka” under File Format.

b. Select the file type under Transaction File Type.

c. Download the corresponding Lukka Format Template that will appear based on the previous selection.

d. Populate the fields and save in CSV or XLSX format.

e. Drag the exchange file into the dotted box or browse for it on your local drive by clicking the Select File button.

f. Transactions will begin to process immediately, and if successful, will display completion.

Please Note:
If you are unable to load your file and you get an error message please double check you selected the correct exchange and file type. If that information is correct, you may have exported the wrong file from your exchange. Please go to our FAQs on file exports. If you still cannot upload your file, you may want to make sure the data in your file is consistent
