Upon sign-up, only the Firm Admin will have the ability to create two types of entities:
1. Tax Professional entities
2. Client entities
They will then have the ability to access the users page of the admin portal ("users" tab in the admin portal) to reset a user’s password, reset a user’s MFA, or to delete a user.
Firm Admin will be charged a one-time license fee payment at the time of sign-up.
- When your Tax Professional downloads a report for a given client’s tax year, a one-time charge will be stored to pay at the end of the month. The Tax Professional will see a warning, notifying them that the Firm Admin will be charged.
- Applicable charges for tax year reports downloaded by Tax Professionals will be summed every month and charged to the Firm Admin in one batch payment.
