Firm admin can use the optional fields at the bottom of the pop-up (pictured below) to add users to their entity. Additionally they can also create users by clicking on the “Add Tax Pro User” and “Add Client User” buttons.

A Tax professional can also create entities and assign client users to those entities by clicking on the "Add Client" buttons from their Admin Portal page.
